Return Policy – Lotions.gr

  Lotions.gr always strives to offer excellent service.  So we offer you the opportunity to return or change the items in your order, if you are not satisfied under certain conditions.

 Conditions Returns - The product returned will only be accepted subject to the following conditions based on which:

 1.  The product must be returned within five (5) calendar days of receipt.

 2.  The returned product must be in excellent condition, just as it was before the sale in original packaging with all original package contents and any gift must be included.  In case you do not return the extra gift, then this product is non-refundable and return costs will be paid by customer. 

 3.  To be eligible for the refund the product should be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (retail receipt or invoice).  If the purchase was made by credit card, the original receipt issued by the bank terminal is needed.

 4.  Where return of a product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note equal value to another product or cash refund, when the acquisition was made in cash.  When the acquisition was made by credit card we will cancel transaction and corresponding information from credit card.

 5.  If you were delivered a defective product, please let us know as soon as possible about the product and the problem presented.  If covered by manufacturer warranty we will replace it.

 Before returning any product, you must contact us to let us know in info@lotions.gr or phone (+30) 210 9764226 on working days and hours Mon - Fri 10:00 to 16:00.

 Returns Procedure

 1.  Product can be returned only with prior contact with a representative of Lotions.gr so we have awareness of the problem.  A colleague will check the condition of the product and then will guide you further.  If you wish to make a change in the product with another, we would recommend you contact the store in advance with us to confirm the availability of the new product.  No opened or used products will be accepted as a return.  All returned items are checked and weighed with a high precision scale to determine if the content of the product is reduced.

 2. Send product

 If you cannot visit us, you can send us the product via your own transport costs using the following procedure: 1) Pack the product in a larger box to be protected during shipment or use box in which you received your order.  2) Place inside the package a document which we communicate the way they want to resolve the outstanding economic, if the product has been approved for return, or new product that you wish to send, in case of change.  3) Send the parcel via courier agency from which you received your order, consideration Returns Department Lotions.gr.

 Cost Refunds

 Only in case of fault of Lotions.gr (wrong order or defective product) the cost of return is covered by Lotions.gr and the Customer can choose if he wants a cash refund, credit note equal to purchase value to buy another product or re- shipping.  Also in this case the product is received by your place of our own transport company.  In case of fault of the Customer, the latter shall bear the costs of packaging and shipping

 The Lotions.gr reserves the right to withdraw or amend the return policy of publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website. In the case of repeated refunds, if the Lotions.gr, in its sole discretion, considers that the Customer is abusing the right of return or deceptive acts, Lotions.gr reserves the right to refuse to return the product even if these conditions are met.  If the product violates the terms of returns and declared unfit to return, then it will be returned to the customer.  The transport will be paid  by him.

 Order Cancellation: will only be accepted prior to processing the order through our website, by telephone contact or e-mail.  If cancellation occurs after sending then the customer is charged with transport costs.  If you deposit the amount in a bank account or you pay by credit card, then cancel the order you must contact us to give us the details of your bank account for your refund, minus bank charges .  The refund will be made within 30 days.
